Unturned horde nights punish pretty bases. Pathing and repair access matter more than glass walls.
Give zombies a lane you chose
Horde AI walks the shortest path. Build a single funnel with a metal door you can shoot over. Four pretty entrances means four breaches.
Leave a roof hatch. If the ground floor is lost, you still farm the wave from above instead of dying in a bathroom.
Repair during the wave, not after
Keep metal sheets next to the funnel. Unturned bases die when you run to storage mid-wave.
Generator hum attracts players on PvP maps. Hide power in a closet, not on the front porch.
One fallback crate
Store a backup gun and food in a locked crate off the main path. If the horde eats your primary chest, you still re-kit.
Do not put all ammo in the funnel room. A grenade or a mega zombie makes that room a tomb.
