Overwatch 2
Overwatch 2 Supports: Position First, Heal Second
Overwatch 2 supports die on the same corner as the tank. High ground and cover let you heal. Standing in main does not.
If you can be dived, you will be
Play corners the tank can peel. Isolated supports are free. Overwatch 2 dives exist to punish main-tank pocketing from the open.
Natural cover beats a shield you hope will last. When the shield breaks, you should already have a wall.
Damage is allowed
A support who never shoots lets the enemy walk in for free. Chip the dive, then heal. Overwatch 2 is not a healing simulator.
Ultimates that need line of sight need you alive. Die first and your beat or nano is a spectator.
Call the peel
Ping the Tracer. Silent deaths in the backline are how tanks think they are winning while you are already spawning.
If your tank never turns, swap to a more self-sufficient support or say it in voice. Repeating the same death is a choice.
